Stop spamer register
Preventing spammers from registering on the forum using the stopforumspam.com APIModification of the Stop spamer register extension for the phpBB3 forum by Sheer, original description of the extension:
Prevention of user registration (spam prevention) whose IP address, username or e-mail address are blacklisted by the http://www.stopforumspam.com service. The verification criteria are set in the Administrator section (ACP). Port of the modStop spammer register
Functions and capabilities added to the extension modification:
- selection of the verification area (name, e-mail address, IP address), with the option of matching all criteria or any of them
- enabling or disabling verification by "hostile" lists (compiled by stopforumspam itself)
- exclusion from verification of data older than the specified period
- taking into account the percentage of data of the probability of spam (determined by stopforumspam itself)
- added the ability to check when sending a letter via the "Contact the administration" link
- added the option to ban a name, e-mail address or IP address if they are found in the spam database
- verification when creating messages is made optional
- several fixes and changes
