Added the ability to determine where it is possible to rename files (nowhere, on the forum, only in private messages, everywhere), the ability to log information about the renamed file, rename files immediately after downloading them without having to send message, and also change the file upload date

The rooms function has been added, users can use several rooms independent of each other in chat, in admin. settings you can create rooms with restricted access based on groups, as well as make rooms private (accessible only by link). When you enable the option in admin. section, users can create their own chat rooms (no more than one room per user), users can limit access to their room based on the user group, based on the list of friends/foes, for guests/registered, and also make rooms private. In the extension settings, you can add the ability to make the author of a room its moderator and assign additional rights in the room

Added the ability to hide text by reputation, points, number of thanks or gratitude in a message, the presence of a user's response in the topic, added an option for the uhide bb-code switching hiding by user ID to username and back

Added bb-codes to display text only after payment from the support amount or by points, a list of all paid bb-codes of the user is displayed on the user profile page, in admin. section in the user's logs, the payment log is kept, in the settings you can set the percentage of remuneration to the author of the message for payment

Added the ability to define the mode of hiding topics, full: the theme is completely hidden, partial: only the topic title is displayed for guests, you can set the mode via an option in the admin section, forcibly fully or partially, and also optional when creating a theme

Added the ability to upload images to google disk, lostpic, as well as the ability to log image uploads

Added features:
- Uploading images to the FTP server, with the ability to create thumbnails
- Option to create and display local thumbnails, i.e. for all upload options, thumbnails of images will be generated and displayed locally with a link to the full size image on external hosting
- Uploading images to a local server (in a separate directory where the forum is installed), with the ability to create thumbnails. The ability to choose to save images with an original name or a unique one, as well as saving images in different directories, i.e. images will be saved in subdirectories depending on different criteria, for example by current date, alphabet, available criteria:
1. user id, by user id
2. forum identifier, by forum ID
3. year, by the current year
4. month, according to the current month
5. day, according to the current day
6. alphabet, by the first character of the english alphabet or number
7. source, forum or private messages
8. file extension
Example: year/month/day (images will be uploaded in the 2019/07/21, 2019/07/22, etc. directories). When using uploading to a local server, images are automatically deleted when messages are deleted or the bb-code of the uploaded image is deleted from a message, it is also possible to view images in a database or directories
The advantage of uploading images to a local server is that images are not output through scripts, but directly, i.e. reduces the load on the server, but you cannot restrict the output based on groups, user rights, etc.

Added section "Link click log" with display of number of clicks on links, added rights for displaying and counting links, added section "Settings" with options:
- exclude or include certain domains or links from counting
- exclude or include counting links in certain forums
- change position and code of counter

Added the ability to create an unlimited number of blocks with topics (including repeating ones), the ability to quickly change the display order of blocks by dragging and drop, the ability to display topic blocks in full (as in the list of forum topics)

Added the ability to change notification settings for all users, with the ability to exclude to apply any notification, you can change notifications only for those users who have already changed notification settings in one way or another, or for all forced users

Added extreme caching function, this mode reduces the load on the server even more significantly. When this mode is enabled, guests and bots will not be taken into account in the forum statistics, and the topic view counters will not be updated even if the corresponding option is enabled.

Added the ability to select groups for which only the first message of a topic will be displayed or select groups for which only the first message of a topic will NOT be displayed, with the option of taking into account the user's default group.

Added features and functions:
1. Added the function "request for seeders", the function allows users to send a request with a request to return to the distribution of the torrent (using private messages) to users who have downloaded the torrent and are not distributing it at the moment. Seeder request options are located on the torrent page to the right of the options for adding a torrent to future downloads

2. Added the ability to set the multiplication of upload on torrents, discounts on torrents (only for php announcements). The multiplication of the upload increases the amount distributed on torrents, the discount on the torrent decreases the download on the torrents. The torrent discount is displayed graphically as an asterisk to the left of the torrent status and to the right in text form

5. In the section "PHP announcement settings" added the option "Caching of access rights", in the section "Maintenance, removal and cleaning" added the option "Reset cache of access rights"
