Bulk delete message attachments

Adds the ability to bulk delete files uploaded to messages. When editing or creating forum posts or private messages, a button will appear to delete all files in the message without having to delete each file manually. To display only specific files, you can use a file filter, then only files matching the filter will be deleted. Appropriate icons have been added for quickly inserting all files into the message form, deleting all files, or inserting only new ones, when using a filter, it will also apply to these actions.
