Added features and functions:
1. Added the function "request for seeders", the function allows users to send a request with a request to return to the distribution of the torrent (using private messages) to users who have downloaded the torrent and are not distributing it at the moment. Seeder request options are located on the torrent page to the right of the options for adding a torrent to future downloads
- Function settings: admin. section - extensions settings - xbtBB3cker - Request seeders
- Access rights: admin. section - permissions - user/forum roles - required role - PPK extensions - xbtBB3cker: Can query seeders
- Data about requests are displayed in the user's personal section, profile and on the torrent page, the options "Display torrent statistics on the torrent topic page/Display torrent statistics on the user profile page" in the tracker settings
- The number of seeder requests is displayed in the tracker statistics, personal section and user profile
- Added option to delete seeder request records in "Maintenance, Delete and Cleanup" section
2. Added the ability to set the multiplication of upload on torrents, discounts on torrents (only for php announcements). The multiplication of the upload increases the amount distributed on torrents, the discount on the torrent decreases the download on the torrents. The torrent discount is displayed graphically as an asterisk to the left of the torrent status and to the right in text form
