A bunch of small fixes and mini-hacks for the forum

The extension contains several "fixes" and minihacks:
1. Correction of the link to the canonical URL on the topic page, the forum ID is added to the link, by default:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.ppkbb3cker.ru/viewtopic.php?t=4624" />
After extension:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.ppkbb3cker.ru/viewtopic.php?f=67&t=4624" />

2. Correction of the link to the main page of the forum, the page index.php is removed from the link, by default:
http://www.ppkbb3cker.ru/index.php
After extension:
http://www.ppkbb3cker.ru/

3. Replacing the default forum logo with your own logo (for prosilver style)
