Switch between dark and light style with automatic theme detection

The extension adds the ability to use styles installed on the forum as styles for dark and light themes, with the ability to automatically detect the browser theme. Users can select a light or dark theme through the menu in the forum header, after which the style specified in the admin section will be used as the default style for the user, the style will switch automatically depending on the browser theme if the user selects the appropriate option
