Caching pages for guests and botsThe extension adds the ability to cache the contents of pages (home page, topic pages, post pages) viewed by guests and bots. The content of pages opened by guests and bots will be stored in the cache, and returned from the cache when accessed again. Enabling this extension can significantly reduce the load on the server from guests and bots.
Features added to the extension:
- ability to enable caching only for guests or only for bots
- exclusion from caching of groups of pages (main page, topic pages, message pages)
- the cache clearing time option has been added to the admin. section
- added option to update topic data when caching
- added option to display cached data
Editions features
Added extreme caching function, this mode reduces the load on the server even more significantly. When this mode is enabled, guests and bots will not be taken into account in the forum statistics, and the topic view counters will not be updated even if the corresponding option is enabled.
