Add-on for the polls featureAdds two options for the poll function:
1. IP check for guests, in current versions of the forum when guests vote, the check for the ability to vote (if they have the rights) is performed through cookies, i.e. when deleting cookies, guests can vote an infinite number of times, the option adds IP check for guests, as a result of which guests will be able to vote no more than once from one IP
2. Displaying the number of abstentions, i.e. users who viewed the topic but did not vote, data in the form of percentages and quantities can be displayed based on forum data (excluding guests) or extension data (including or excluding guests)
