Calling users and groups by mentioning

Adds the ability to call users or groups by mentioning them in a message. When creating messages on the forum, users can use special bb-codes to call users by certain criteria or users in certain groups via forum notifications. Users, groups and users by certain criteria for calling are defined in the admin section. The following can be used for calling:
- Topic author
- Topic responders
- Topic bookmarkers
- Topic subscribers
- Topic moderators
- Friends list users
- Forum founders
- Specific users (by name or ID)
- Specific groups
In the settings for each mention, you can set the maximum number of mentions, the color of the mention and limit the use by certain criteria. The list of used mentions in messages is displayed in the extension in a separate mention log of the admin section
